We do not collect your precise location unless you start location sharing in the app. When you enable sharing, we may access, process, and store location data to operate safety and coordination features for pilgrims—including helping locate Hajj participants and supporting SOS and “Find Hajj” style features so that our team or other authorized contacts described in the app can respond in an emergency or when you need assistance.

You can stop sharing location through your device settings or in-app controls where available. Turning off location may limit features that require live location.

14.5 Use, sharing, and retention

  • We use this information to provide and improve the app, deliver our travel and pilgrimage services, comply with law, protect safety, and send service-related notices.
